PERSONAL CARE AT BUTTERFLY 

Butterfly Care can provide you with personal care to assist with your routine. All our services are flexible to your needs, and we can fit around your requirements. We provide personal care from 7am until 10pm, 7 days a week. Whether you would like help every day, or just one or twice a week, we can be of assistance. We operate across BANES, Wiltshire and Somerset, and offer services to many major towns and cities including; Bath, Trowbridge, Westbury, Radstock, Frome and beyond.

Some of the care services we offer include:

• Preparation to start the day, with assistance to get out of bed, or assistance at the end of the day, helping you get back into bed safely.
• Assistance to wash, shower, or have a bath (you may just need the reassurance of having a staff member there while you take your shower/bath).
• Assistance with brushing your teeth or with denture care.
• Personal grooming assistance.
• Assistance to get dressed or undressed.

We can also help with:

• Assistance with using the toilet or commode.
• Assisting with catheters (emptying, attaching night bag).
• Applying creams and ointments.
• Using hoists to enable transfers from one place to another.
• Helping with eating and drinking.
• Preparation of snacks for later in the day.
• Meal preparation.
• Prompt to administer medication.
• Prescribed physiotherapy exercises.
